Rules

1. No Food or Drinks should be consumed in school vehicles/buses.

2. Clean all debris or trash from vehicles/buses before returning.

3. Complete mileage sheet and return to office.

4. Drive safe and have a good trip.

Transportation Request Form

Once request has been reviewed you will receive an invitation from Google calender assigning you a vehicle/bus.  Please review information to insure it is correct (date, time) and accept the invitation if information is correct.
