The Texas Performance Reporting System (TPRS), which provides detailed results at the school, district, region, and state levels, includes information previously unreleased in the Texas Academic Performance Reports (TAPR). Performance and participation results for 2015 include assessments for STAAR grade 3-8 mathematics, STAAR A, and STAAR Alternate 2 and are reported for the following additional student groups:
    • Economically Disadvantaged/Non-Economically Disadvantaged
    • Male/Female
    • Special Education/Non-Special Education
    • At Risk/Non-At Risk
    • Migrant/Non-Migrant
    • English Language Learners (ELLs)
    • Career and Technical Education (CTE)/Non-CTE

The TPRS also presents detailed results for several postsecondary readiness indicators, including the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) and reports results for AP/IB exams and the SAT/ACT by subject area.

The tabbed layout of the TPRS is designed to provide easy access to different reports for a single school, district, region, or the entire state in a single browser window without having to use multiple searches.  Additionally, the data download link allows users to see the raw data used to determine the results shown in both the TAPR and TPRS.
